You want to know how to login to Instagram without a password, but you can’t log the access key to your account and don’t know what the access address is for it or you can’t get to it. If that’s the case, don’t worry. Just follow the instructions below, and you’ll see that the problem will be fixed in no time.
Give a cell smartphone and a tablet
If you don’t remember your password and email address, or if you can’t get to your email address, the first thing you need to do to access your Instagram account from your smartphone or tablet is to open the Instagram app on your Android or iPhone device.
Once this is done, press the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen, type your phone number in the text field, and press “OK.”
Now, wait for the SMS with the access code to arrive, type it in the text field that Instagram shows you, and press NEXT to regain control of your account.
After logging in to Instagram, go to Settings > Accounts > Personal Information to trace the email address associated with your account. If you need to change your password, go to Settings > Security > Password, as I explain in my tutorial.
You can also get back into your account by typing in your username or email address. Just enter one of these pieces of information and then follow the instructions on the screen.
From computer
You want to use Instagram on your computer but can’t remember your account’s password. You can’t get to your email address for recovery. Are you worried that you won’t be able to get back to your profile? Don’t worry, you can still log in even without this information if you follow the steps I’m about to show you. To get started, go to the official Instagram website or open the Instagram app for Windows 10 and, on the login screen, click the link that says “Did you forget your password?”
Now, in the next text field you see, type your account’s phone number, username, or even email address, if you remember it and can get to it, and then click the button Send the login link.
Then, wait until you get a message from the Instagram team with a link. Click that link to open it, and your Instagram account will automatically log you back in.
If you want to find the email address associated with your account at this point, click on your profile and then go to Settings > Edit Profile: L’e-mail is listed next to the same wording. Instead, to change the password, go to Settings > Change password and pick a new one to log into your account.

To do this, log into Instagram and click on your profile’s small picture. Then, click on the icon in the top right corner, choose Settings, and click on the item Log out [your username] on the next screen. Lastly, in the menu that appears, press the item Remember and then the button Logout to confirm that you want to disconnect.
Then, open the Instagram app and tap your username to get back into your account. This will immediately log you in.
From computer
Regarding the possibility of saving access to Instagram from the social network’s official site or through the app for Windows 10, you must move on after logging into your account.
Once you’re logged in, you’ll see a warning about the possibility of saving your account’s login information. To confirm this action, click the Save button, which tells Instagram to store this information.
Once this is done, press tuo profilo miniature and then click the button Logout to log out of your account. At this point, the user you used is automatically saved, so if you want to use Instagram later without having to type in your login information, all you have to do is click the button that says “Log in” next to your username.
If your browser has a built-in password manager, you could also use it to save your Instagram password. For example, if you use the Chrome browser, click on the button in the top right corner, choose Settings > Password, click on theeye mail in correspondence with Instagram, and if asked, select the Password Of computer.
