The Fort Bend Independent School District in Texas runs an online learning program, FBISD Skyward. Students in grades K–12 who live in the district can use the program to take certain FBISD courses. How Does It Work?

K-8, 9-12, Honors, and Advanced Placement (AP) are the four FBISD Skyward login options available to parents in the Fort Bend area. Students in grades 1-6 participate in the K-8 program, students in grades 7-9 participate in the 9-12 program, students in grades 7-12 participate in the Honors program, and students in grades 11-12 participate in the AP program.

Parents can choose which classes their child will take based on their child’s grade level and academic level. Most classes are held during the school year, and students don’t have to pay to take them.

Courses are made so that students of all ages can learn a wide range of skills that will help them succeed in life and get jobs in a competitive job market. Courses cover various subjects, such as history, economics, government, health, computer science, foreign languages, etc.

Does my family need FBISD Skyward?

Since this is a program for online learning, students must have access to the Internet and a computer that can access the Internet.

In order to apply for www FBISD Skyward, a parent must first enroll their child in a Fort Bend ISD-approved private or public school. After your child has been enrolled, you can apply for FBISD Skyward online.
